Who I am
I'm Arafai, running SecByArafai Services as a sole trader in the UK. I'm the person responsible for any personal details you send me. You can contact me at info@secbyarafai.com.
What I collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, the service you pick and your message. Please don't put passwords or other sensitive details in the message box.
Why I use it
To reply to your request and, if you go ahead, to quote for and carry out the work. I don't use your details for marketing, I don't sell them, and I don't add you to any mailing list.
Who else sees it
Your form message is passed through Web3Forms, a form service that forwards it to my email inbox. My email provider and website host also handle data on my behalf. They only process it to provide their service, and some of them may be based outside the UK.
Cookies and tracking
This page doesn't use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. My hosting provider may keep basic server logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How long I keep it
If we don't work together, I delete your message within 12 months. If I do work for you, I keep the records I need for my accounts and tax, which can be up to 6 years.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details I hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. Email me at info@secbyarafai.com and I'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
